BOOKINGS & RESERVATIONS

​Q: How do I reserve a ride?

  • You can request a reservation directly through our website using the Reserve Now button. All services are booked in advance and confirmed by our team.

 

Q: How far in advance should I book?

  • We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance. Same-day requests may be available depending on schedule and service tier.

​

Q: Is service by the hour or by the trip?

  • Giada offers airport transfers as well as half-day (4 hours), full-day (8 hours), and extended options.

​

Q: Do you provide on-demand rides?

  • No. Giada is a reservation-only service to ensure the highest level of preparation, privacy, and safety.

SERVICES & EXPERIENCES

​Q: What types of services do you offer?

​

Q: How many passengers can your vehicle accommodate?

  • Our Cadillac Escalade ESV-V accommodates up to 6 passengers plus the driver.

​

Q: Do you offer special event transportation?

  • We accommodate intimate events, date nights, concerts, and private engagements.

  • We do not service prom, teen travel, large group events, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or party-focused outings.

SECURITY & SAFETY

​Q: What is the difference between an Armed Driver and a Private Security Detail?

  • Armed Driver: A licensed, trained driver carrying a firearm and providing elevated personal protection during transport.

  • Private Security Detail: A coordinated protective service with licensed security specialists, ideal for high-profile or sensitive travel.

Q: Is the vehicle equipped with cameras?

  • Yes. The vehicle includes onboard cameras for passenger and driver safety. Recordings are encrypted, used only for safety and compliance, and deleted after 90 days.​

​

Q: Can passengers carry firearms?

  • No. Only Giada’s authorized security personnel may carry firearms.

​

Q: Are your drivers trained?

  • Yes. All personnel are vetted and trained in defensive driving, safety procedures, and executive-level client service.

POLICIES & REQUIREMENTS

​Q: Are minors allowed?

  • Passengers under 21 must be accompanied by an adult.

​

Q: Is smoking or vaping allowed?

  • No. Smoking, vaping, and open alcohol containers are prohibited in all Giada vehicles.

​

Q: Can I bring pets?

  • Yes — pets must be secured in an approved carrier.

​

Q: What if I need to cancel my reservation?

  • Cancellations 24+ hours before pickup are fully refundable.

  • Cancellations within 12–24 hours are charged at 50%.

  • Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows are billed at 100%.

PAYMENTS & PRICING

​Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

  • Giada accepts major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Stripe-processed payments.

​

Q: Do you require a deposit?

  • Certain reservations may require prepayment or a deposit depending on duration and service tier.

Q: Do rates vary by service?

  • Yes. Pricing is based on service type, hourly duration, and security level.

  • Our primary service area includes: Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, Monarch Beach, San Clemente, Coto de Caza, Corona del Mar and surrounding areas.
